Refund/Exchange Policy

At RAH’S, our garments are crafted on a made-to-order basis, allowing us to focus on precision, quality, and fit. As each piece is created exclusively for you. We do not offer refunds on any orders. However, all RAH’s pieces are eligible for alterations, either before dispatch or after delivery, at no additional charge. Although any shipping or delivery costs related to alterations will be borne by the customer.

For garments purchased in a standard size as per our size chart, a one-time size exchange may be offered if a different size is required. All exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

Please note that customised garments or made-to-measure garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Alteration & Exchange Policy

If you experience any fit-related concerns, we are happy to assist with alterations for all RAH’S garments, either prior to dispatch or after delivery, at no additional charge. Any shipping or delivery costs associated with alterations will be borne by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange or Alteration

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following guidelines below:

  •   The garment must be unworn, with original tags intact,unwashed and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  •   Requests must be raised within 5 business days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
  •   Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm eligibility and share return shipping details.
  •   The garment must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving confirmation.
  •   All shipping costs related to exchanges or alterations are the responsibility of the customer.
  •   Size exchanges are limited to one-time exchanges only and apply exclusively to standard size chart purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

Each RAH’S piece undergoes thorough quality checks prior to dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon delivery.

Kindly share clear images or videos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange :

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom-made or personalized garments
  • Gift cards
